If for any reason you are not happy with your Sweetgrass Home purchase, please read our returns policy below and email hello@sweetgrasshome.com
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery
- You may return the unused item to us for store credit only
- We will only accept returns for items that have not been used or altered in any way
- Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, or undamaged
- Sale merchandise or with a promo code are final sale and cannot be returned
- A flat fee of $12 for table linens and $25 for lampshades will be deducted from your store credit to cover the cost of returning the product
Upon receipt of returned goods, Sweetgrass Home reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days after receipt of return package. During the Holiday season, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for returns to be processed.

Defective Items
Please email hello@sweetgrasshome.com with pictures of the damage, and we will work with you on a replacement.
If you are concerned about fading, with all block prints it is helpful to dry clean after the first use to set the color and then proceed with water washing for subsequent cleanings. There is some degree of fading expected, as block prints are hand-dyed. We cannot accept returns that have been washed.
